How It Works

You make a written introduction
Send an email, text, or LinkedIn message introducing RCS to a colleague who ships critical equipment. The referral counts when it’s in writing, before RCS has an existing relationship with that contact.

We respond within 48 hours
When your contact reaches out, we get back to them fast – by phone, email, or text. We name you in the first message. You don’t have to manage the conversation.

You earn 5% of gross profit on every job they run
Commission accrues from the first invoiced job and continues for the life of the relationship. Paid quarterly, within 30 days after each quarter end. A signed Referral Business Agreement is required.
